Some streets are lit only by a few streetlights.
You can see the outline of the road, maybe not much more.
Black in satin and brilliant is used to give the shapes of the street. It appears as a frame in the frame
Since we can’t see everything, we have to imagine even more of what’s happening..

You can hear water and wind
