{"id":516,"date":"2026-05-14T15:27:16","date_gmt":"2026-05-14T13:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/?p=516"},"modified":"2026-05-14T16:49:27","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T14:49:27","slug":"raguif-arabi-pain-syrien-a-la-poele","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/2026\/05\/14\/raguif-arabi-pain-syrien-a-la-poele\/","title":{"rendered":"Raguif Arabi &#8211; Pain syrien \u00e0 la po\u00eale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong> (pour 4 \u00e0 5 pains de 25cm)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>230g de farine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,5cL d&rsquo;huile neutre (ISIO4 par exemple)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4g de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3g de levure de boulanger s\u00e8che<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un peu plus de 100mL d&rsquo;eau<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verser 1 quart de la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau, ajouter le sucre et la levure et m\u00e9langer le tout. Il ne doit plus y avoir de grumeaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la farine et le sel&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer en ajoutant progressivement l&rsquo;eau. Il faut obtenir une p\u00e2te souple (mais pas trop).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter l&rsquo;huile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e9trir pendant pour assouplir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert 10 min<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divisez la en 4 ou 5 p\u00e2tons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chauffer une po\u00eale (\u00e0 cr\u00eapes \u00e7a marche bien!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9taler chaque p\u00e2ton au fur et \u00e0 mesure, le plus fin possible. 1mm est trop \u00e9pais!
