Dans un saladier, mettre votre viande hach\u00e9e, ajouter l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 finement, l&rsquo;ail r\u00e2p\u00e9 ainsi que les \u00e9pices. Assaisonner selon vos go\u00fbts puis ajouter l&rsquo;oeuf, la chapelure ainsi que le persil hach\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ajouter une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile si votre viande n&rsquo;est pas assez grasse. M\u00e9langer la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Filmer et r\u00e9server 30 minutes au frais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. M\u00e9langer le tout \u00e0 la main puis fa\u00e7onner des boulettes que vous allez ensuite l\u00e9g\u00e8rement allonger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Faites chauffer un &nbsp;filet d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale puis y d\u00e9poser vos k\u00f6ftes par 4 ou 5 .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Laisser bien dorer de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9s, aplatir avec le dos d&rsquo;une fourchette pour leur donner une jolie forme puis retirer une fois cuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
