{"id":450,"date":"2025-10-26T20:22:50","date_gmt":"2025-10-26T19:22:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/?p=450"},"modified":"2025-11-28T21:41:03","modified_gmt":"2025-11-28T20:41:03","slug":"petits-beurres-maison","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/2025\/10\/26\/petits-beurres-maison\/","title":{"rendered":"Petits beurres maison"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br>80g de beurre doux<br>200g de farine de bl\u00e9<br>80g de sucre<br>1 sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9<br>50ml d\u2019eau<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<br>\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong>15 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuisson :<\/strong> 12 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Komenkonf\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verser l\u2019eau, le beurre, le sucre et le sucre vanill\u00e9 dans une casserole. Chauffer \u00e0 feu doux jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le beurre fonde et que le sucre soit dissout. Laisser refroidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la farine, la levure et le sel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention d\u2019une p\u00e2te tr\u00e8s molle et homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9taler votre p\u00e2te sur un plan de travail (entre deux feuilles de papier sulfuris\u00e9) pour obtenir une \u00e9paisseur de 2mm max.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper les biscuits avec un emporte-pi\u00e8ce sp\u00e9cial petits beurre (ou \u00e0 la main avec un couteau), et placer ces derniers sur une plaque allant au four recouvert de papier cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfourner pendant 12 minutes environ, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les bords soient dor\u00e9s. Laissez refroidir totalement.
