{"id":361,"date":"2020-12-06T15:27:35","date_gmt":"2020-12-06T14:27:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/?p=361"},"modified":"2026-05-14T16:58:34","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T14:58:34","slug":"jaime-pas-le-choux-rouge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/2020\/12\/06\/jaime-pas-le-choux-rouge\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette au chou rouge-c\u00e9-pabon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 pomme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 oignon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 citron vert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 verre de semoule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 de chou rouge (env 250-300g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lait de coco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cuire la semoule (vous \u00eates grands, vous savez faire)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9mincer l&rsquo; oignon et le faire revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale ou au woke jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;il soit transparent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper les pommes en petits des de 1cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9 max. Les ajouter aux oignons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apr\u00e8s quelques minutes, passer \u00e0 feu doux et ajouter la semoule cuite precedemment et le choux rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9 en tout petit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couvrir, pendant 5 minutes.
