{"id":255,"date":"2016-09-17T11:44:16","date_gmt":"2016-09-17T10:44:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/?p=255"},"modified":"2016-09-17T11:44:16","modified_gmt":"2016-09-17T10:44:16","slug":"chili-con-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/2016\/09\/17\/chili-con-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"Chili con Carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Temps de pr\u00e9paration : 10 minutes<br \/>\nTemps de cuisson : 25 minutes<\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients (pour 3 personnes, mais \u00e0 2 vrais mangeurs, c&rsquo;est bon aussi)<\/h3>\n<p>&#8211; un peu de beurre, de l&rsquo;huile<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 gros oignons<br \/>\n&#8211; 3-4 gousses d&rsquo;ail \u00e9cras\u00e9es<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9<br \/>\n&#8211; 2-3 chili coup\u00e9s en rondelle (avec les graines)<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cumin<br \/>\n&#8211; 65-100 g de concentr\u00e9 de tomate<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 grosse bo\u00eete de haricots rouge \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; sel, poivre, persil pour d\u00e9corer<br \/>\n&#8211; citron vert<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9paration de la recette<\/h3>\n<p>En m\u00eame temps, nous on fait une casserole de riz basmati. \u00c7a aide avec pour le piment.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une cocotte en fonte (ou une grosse casserole pour les plus pauvres), faire fondre le beurre ou mettre de l&rsquo;huile, et ensuite dorer doucement l&rsquo;oignon et l\u2019ail (la plaque, pas \u00e0 6! 4 c&rsquo;est bien).<\/p>\n<p>Incorporer le b\u0153uf hach\u00e9 et laisser cuire doucement 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>Ajouter le cumin et du concentr\u00e9 de tomates jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que \u00e7a semble correct. Ajouter les chilis et m\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (\u00e7a devient rouge, c&rsquo;est chouette). Ajouter les haricots, saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>Continuer \u00e0 cuire pendant 10-15 minutes.
