{"id":228,"date":"2016-04-02T17:46:13","date_gmt":"2016-04-02T16:46:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/?p=228"},"modified":"2026-03-30T17:58:47","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T15:58:47","slug":"vintage-chocolate-chip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/2016\/04\/02\/vintage-chocolate-chip\/","title":{"rendered":"Vintage chocolate chip cookies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Parce que je suis un flemmard, j&rsquo;ai juste copi\u00e9 coll\u00e9 la recette que j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 et qui est bien:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbcgoodfood.com\/recipes\/2459643\/vintage-chocolate-chip-cookies\">http:\/\/www.bbcgoodfood.com\/recipes\/2459643\/vintage-chocolate-chip-cookies<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Ingr\u00e9dients:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>150g salted butter, softened (Kevin dit: \u00ab\u00a0plus c&rsquo;est jamais trop\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>80g light brown muscovado sugar (Kevin dit: \u00ab\u00a0plus c&rsquo;est jamais trop\u00a0\u00bb)<\/li>\n<li>80g granulated sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>225g plain flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda (\u00e0 remplacer par 1\/2 sac de levure sinon)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp salt<\/li>\n<li>200g plain chocolate chip or chunks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Method<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 190C\/170C fan\/gas 5. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.<\/li>\n<li>Put the butter and sugars into a bowl and beat until creamy. Beat in the vanilla extract and egg. Sieve the flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt over the mixture and mix in with a wooden spoon. Add the chocolate chips and stir well.<\/li>\n<li>Using a teaspoon, place small mounds of the mixture well apart on the baking trays.
