Bien m\u00e9langer.<br \/>\nDisposer sur un plat, et mettre au four thermostat 7 (210\u00b0C) 30 min environ (jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien dor\u00e9e).<br \/>\nM\u00e9langer \u00e0 mi-cuisson. Quand la p\u00e2te est cuite, sortir du four, et laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La cr\u00e8me au mascarpone<\/strong><br \/>\nAvec un batteur \u00e9lectrique, m\u00e9langer les jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs avec le sucre en poudre, et le sachet de sucre vanill\u00e9, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br \/>\nPuis ajouter le mascarpone. M\u00e9langer.<br \/>\nMonter les blancs d&rsquo;oeufs en neige avec une pinc\u00e9e de sel, et les incorporer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assemblage<\/strong><br \/>\nPrendre 4 verres, et alterner une couche de framboises, une couche de cr\u00e8me au mascarpone, une couche de p\u00e2te \u00e0 crumble.<br \/>\nTerminer par une couche de crumble.<br \/>\nAjouter 3 framboises enti\u00e8res par coupe, pour la d\u00e9coration, et quelques feuilles de menthe fra\u00eeche.
