{"id":154,"date":"2015-10-10T22:24:56","date_gmt":"2015-10-10T21:24:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/?p=154"},"modified":"2015-10-12T21:28:53","modified_gmt":"2015-10-12T20:28:53","slug":"perfect-lemonade","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.churlaud.com\/cuisine\/2015\/10\/10\/perfect-lemonade\/","title":{"rendered":"Perfect lemonade"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup sugar (can reduce to 3\/4 cup)<br \/>\n1 cup water (for the simple syrup)<br \/>\n1 cup lemon juice<br \/>\n3 to 4 cups cold water (to dilute)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1 Make simple syrup by heating the sugar and water in a small saucepan until the sugar is dissolved completely.<\/p>\n<p>2 While the sugar is dissolving, use a juicer to extract the juice from 4 to 6 lemons, enough for one cup of juice.<\/p>\n<p>3 Add the juice and the sugar water to a pitcher. Add 3 to<\/p>\n<p>4 cups of cold water, more or less to the desired strength. Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.
